What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


How do I start a return?

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.


Are any items non-returnable?

Yes, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Can I Exchange an Item?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
The quickest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the original item.

  2. Place a new order for the desired product.

This ensures faster processing and better availability.


What Happens to My Discount Coupon If I Return an Order?

If you applied a discount coupon to your order and then return the item(s),
please note that the coupon will no longer be valid for future use.
Discounts are single-use only and cannot be reissued once an order is returned.


Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
