4.HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED
The information on our website and in these Terms isn’t an offer to sell, but an invitation for you to place an order. A contract between us is only formed once we’ve accepted your order. If we don’t accept your order and payment has already been processed, we’ll fully refund you.
To make a purchase, you’ll need to follow the steps on the website and click the “Authorize Payment” button to submit your order. After this, you’ll get an email from us letting you know we’ve received your order (this is the “Order Confirmation”). This email just confirms we’ve received your order, but it doesn’t mean we’ve accepted it yet.
Your order is an offer to buy products from us, and we’ll only accept it when we send you another email confirming that your order has shipped (the “Shipment Confirmation”). That’s when the contract for the product purchase is officially formed.
The contract only covers the items we’ve confirmed have been dispatched. If your order contains other items, they’ll be covered by a separate Shipment Confirmation when they’re shipped.
5.AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All orders depend on product availability. If we face supply issues or an item is out of stock, we’ll let you know and offer similar products of equal or better quality and value for you to choose from.
If you prefer not to go with the alternative products, we’ll refund any amount you’ve paid
6.REFUSAL OF ORDER
We have the right to remove any products from our website or make changes to the content displayed at any time. While we aim to fulfill all orders, there may be times when, after sending you an Order Confirmation, we need to refuse to process your order. This can happen for various reasons, and we reserve the right to do so at our discretion.
We won’t be liable to you or any third party for removing products, editing content, or refusing to process an order after we’ve sent the Order Confirmation.
7.DELIVERY
Subject to availability, we’ll do our best to deliver your order by the date stated in your Order Confirmation. If no date is given, we aim to have your order delivered within 15 days of the Order Confirmation.
Delivery might be delayed for reasons such as:

If we can’t meet the delivery date, we’ll keep you updated and offer you the choice to either wait with a revised delivery date or cancel your order for a full refund.

If we can’t deliver your order after two attempts, we’ll try to find a safe spot to leave your parcel. We’ll leave a note letting you know where it is and how to arrange another delivery.
If you won’t be available at the delivery address when the package is scheduled to arrive, please contact us to reschedule for a more convenient time.
9.RISK
The risk for the products transfers to you once the items are delivered.
Ownership of the products will pass to you only once we’ve received full payment for the products, including delivery charges, or when the products are delivered to you—whichever happens later.
10.RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Adora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. to initiate the return or exchange process.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
